VIE HR Generalist officer in Slovakia F/H

In the frame of its development strategy and willingness to be more present on Central & Eastern European nuclear I&C market, the I&C business unit is looking for a HR Generalist officer in a VIE position with the following main tasks :

• Organize the recruitment process of Framatome SK and Framatome CZ : writing job offers, managing the job board, screening applications, performing first calls, scheduling interviews, attending interviews, and communicating with candidates
• Develop our recruitment process, be proactive by challenging the current process and proposing new ideas to attract talent
• Prepare and organize Framatome Controls S.R.O. communication events, such as job fairs
• Prepare and monitor the Framatome Days Europe, a bimonthly week of trainings for Framatome newcomers from all over Europe
• Organize the onboarding of new employees of Framatome Controls s.r.o.
• Act as a link between Corporate HR and our subsidiaries in eastern countries of Europe (LinkedIn, work culture in Eastern Europe, HR KPIs, etc.)
• Manage the HR communication of Framatome Controls S.R.O.
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity, retention and be responsible of the succession planning
• Help to coordinate the Performance Development (PDA) process and the Talent Review Process. Additionally, participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs.

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business School
• First experience in HR (internship or apprenticeship)
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management
• Ability to change priorities quickly, confront issues directly and work well as part of a team
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with HR Information Systems and MS Office
• Fluent in English
